you’ll work on:
↳ build evals for real-world AI systems
↳ turn production failures into measurable tasks
↳ build datasets, gold labels, graders, and review loops
↳ find reward hacking and LLM failure patterns
↳ work directly with the founders
what we’re looking for:
↳ experience shipping AI agents
↳ experience with LLM evals, graders, or datasets
↳ strong research and engineering instincts
↳ ability to find meaningful signals in large sets of traces
↳ high ownership and comfort with an in-person, high-intensity team
📍 location: remote
💰 salary: ₹25-40 LPA
